I am a Melbourne-based, Spanish-born chef, food stylist and photographer. My work focuses on the emotional component of food and everyday life through visual stories that reveal beauty and depth, and forge memories of the world around me.

From a very young age, I always knew I wanted to become a chef. My passion for cooking came from the the time spent helping my Grandma in her kitchen and shopping with her at the best local markets in Madrid.

At the age of fifteen I commenced my studies at a Culinary School and later became an apprentice chef at Arzak (San Sebastian) just two years later. I bought my first film camera with the tips I earned working as an apprentice and fell in love with photography.

I lived and worked as a chef in Europe, South America and Australia, but even on my days off I was hanging around in other restaurants… the annoying guy snapping photos of his food.

Whether it’s advertising or editorial, I really like taking the time to understand the needs and expectations of my clients, bringing the essence of their products to life.

If you are ready to show the world what you’ve been working on, let’s cook up some images together!
